The Prize of Being a Soon-To-Be-Mom

Im starting to feel nausiatic! (dont know how to describe it eh.. hehehe!)

Ang hirap gumising sa umaga.. hilo ka kagad... hirap kumain.. nasusuka kagad... and the worst is, buong maghapon mo syang mararamdaman... My husband (though not complaining) started to stare at me as if I was only acting... Waaaa! Ang hirap sa salitang ang hirap...

Ang baby ko pinahihirapan ang mommy nya... Well, this is the prize of being pregnant ...


But, it's a price worth paying for......

"Andami Kong Gutom"

as the famous TV commercial said "Ang dami kong gutom!".. Literally, Im experiencing it right now.. Had my pregancy test last saturday.. and its POSITIVE! Im pregnant na.. Had my uncomfortable trans-vaginal ultrasound last monday.. Wala pa si baby but the sac is already there... Its too early pa kasi.. I should not be worried since on Dec 3 babalik kami.. Baka may heartbeat na si baby..

Dra Alvarez asked me if I feel dizzy? sabi ko nope.. not yet... she asked if i experienced vomiting.. sabi ko nope.. neither... she asked eh anu nararamdaman mo.. sabi ko.. "andami kong gutom...." hehehhe!

Adobong Chicken ala Beth

I was craving for Adobo yesterday.. Sabi ko.. Im gonna cook Adobong Chicken today.. And so I did.. Akala ko Im expert na with ulam na may suka.. di pa pala.. Bwahahah! As I taste my adobo after it simmers... maasim.. hehehhe! sabi ko.. Ill put water na lang para mawala ang asim.. kasi pag paksiw.. pag maasim Ill add asin para tumama ung timpla.. eh since its Adobo.. may soy sauce na syang ingredient.. baka umalat if ill put some salt.. Tikim.. Tikim after.. and pakulo ulet.. then after few minutes.. taste ko sya ulet.. Hala! bat maalat! Wehehehe! Sabi ko.. Ill put unting sugar para mag-blend.. Weheheh! Pero I hid it to Jojo kasi magrereact na naman sya.. Kaya lang nahuli ako eh.. Sabi, "Anu yan?", Sagot ko "Sugar... *grinning*", Sabi nya "Ayoko ng may asukal.." Sagot ko.. "Gusto ko may sugar ng unti eh.." At the back of my mind.. kailangan may sugar kasi maalat.. Heheheh! Sabi ko pa.. "Wag ka kasi makelam sa niluluto ko..". Tas inde na sya nakelam.. Iniwan na ako.. After I put the sugar.. Ill let it simmer ulet.. then, I saw the patatas sa table.. Hala! I forgot the patatas... I added the patatas after.. eh mauubos na ung sabaw.. Hahahaha! Kaya pinatay ko na ung fire... O di ba! Adobong Chiken ala Beth with Half-cooked Patatas....

An apple a day.. makes your heartache away

Why is that so? Well, after this morning... I learned that eating an apple will shut your mind up... It will ease your worries... It will melts your tampo... and lastly, it will flush all the bad energies from your body... hehehhe!

Chocolates!

Trivia bout me.... Heheheh! Do you know that If Im pissed off... I ate chocolates to brigthen up my day... that if I want to concentrate on something... chocolates help me focus...

If you'll glimpse at my table right now... There'sa lot of chocolates... The question is....Do I want to concentrate on what Im working or I am simply..... pissed!

Hmmmm... On my way to office, I saw a signboard along edsa that says "Who should you thank today?"

I asked myself who I should thank first... Syempre, I should thank God first.. for a very wonderful and meaningful life... I thank my husband for providing me the eternal love and understanding.... I thank my parents for unconditional love... my brothers for wala lang... heheh! joke! love ako nung mga though inde sila vocal about it... I saw it in their eyes... (nakita ko un nung wedding ko.. heheheh!) My friends for accepting me... teka, teka... dami na pala... Di ako magsasawa to thank them....

I asked my bestfriend, Ruth, to call the Central office regarding my marriage license.. (since we had no phone here in the office.. nakisuyo ako... heheh!!) sabi ng secretariat dun.. our license had been registered na.. Weeeee! Ang saya-saya! I am Mrs. Ephraim Delacruz Jr na.... Nadagdagan na naman ng Dela Cruz ang 'Pinas!
